Cosplay Rules

Rules for those I have photographed in cosplay:

1) You can print the images for personal use at your discretion
2)Any commercial use has to be approved by me (and will involve me receiving some share of the income). Same rules apply for their use in charity works.
3)If you post or share the photos online, ensure that I am credited as photographer. I dont watermark my images for the sake of rule #1, but I would hate to see that being abused forcing me to change that.
4)If you see I havn't described what you (Or the person in the photo is) are cosplaying as, its likely because I dont know, so feel free to tell me so I can properly label it (Making it easier for people to find their photos)
5)These rules are for cosplayers in the foreground of the images (as in the obvious focus) not for people caught in the background. These prints are intended for cosplayers to have records of their own work and time spent at the conventions, not so some random stranger in the backround can get reddit or imgur points.

General user rules:

6)There are exceptions to the rules (I retain the rights to determine those exceptions on a case by case basis)
7) I am okay if you want to use these images as reference for drawings/paintings/sketches etc. Important rules for this:
        7a)They are NOT TO BE USED FOR PORNOGRAPHIC OR FETISH PURPOSES unless approved by the aforementioned cosplayers. The models who are the focus of each image are given the right to ask for the removal of any images they feel offend them or fall into Pornographic/fetish categories. They also can approve the use of these images in said categories if they so choose (I would like to be notified of such use)
        7b)These images should credit me as photographer of the reference and the model (If they have deviant-art or social media accounts) in the image.
8) I do not usually consider photomanipulation (basic editing, adding lens flares, putting the model in a field, etc etc) as acceptable uses for each images. If you wish to photo manipulate the images you must attain permission from me. I must be properly credited and notified of any such attempt and retain the right to ask for its removal at a later date.
9)Use of these images for charity purposes requires the approval and notification of me AND the model before use.
